We know that getting your rewards on time is important to you, so we want to make sure you have all the info you need about our reward distribution process.
π After you complete a task from our offer wall, it's important to note that we need at least 72 hours to process your reward.

β Confirmation (Quick/Watch&Earn tasks):
If you saw a green pop-up saying "Offer Completed," there's no need to worry β your reward is being processed. Please wait patiently for 24 hours. After that, you'll receive a notification once the reward has been added to your balance.
β³What to do if more than 72 hours have passed?

If you still don't receive your reward after that time has passed, please contact the provider's support team directly so they can assist and issue the reward manually.
To do this, open the iframe where you completed the offer, then look for a Support or Missing Reward button to submit your request.

π© What happens after I submit the missing reward ticket?
Our customer support team typically responds within 1β2 business days. During this time, we will:

- In some cases will ask you to send proof of completion.

Inform you whether your reward will be escalated to the partner or let you know what to expect next.

If your reward needs to be escalated to the partner, please note that the resolution time may take up to 3β14 business days, and occasionally a bit longer, but weβll keep you updated every step of the way. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve your issue.
