What is "Quick Access/Partner Offers"?
"Quick Access" is an exclusive feature offered by JumpTask that empowers users to effortlessly navigate to the respective dashboards of our partnered providers. Through "Quick Access", users gain convenient access to the providers' dedicated platforms, enabling them to conveniently monitor the status of their rewards and track the progress of their offers. As users engage in Offerwall tasks, the provider diligently records the necessary details regarding task initiation and completion.

Where is my reward?
We know that getting your rewards on time is important to you, so we want to make sure you have all the information you need about our reward distribution process. After you complete a task from our offer wall, it's important to note that we need at least 72 hours to process your reward. This means that you won't receive your reward any sooner than 72 hours after completing the task. We understand it can be tempting to check if the reward has been issued, but please be patient and wait for the 72-hour period to pass. Rest assured that we're working hard to make sure everyone gets their rewards fairly and accurately.
What to do if more than 72 hours have passed?
If you still don't receive your reward after that time has passed, you will need to contact the Offerwall provider support directly so that they can step in and issue the reward manually.
To contact Torox directly through their integration, please follow these steps:
- Open the integration that you have with Torox.
- Look for the "My Activity" option. Click on it to open the corresponding section.
- In the new window that appears, you will find the following statuses:
- Rewarded: This status indicates all the tasks for which you have received rewards from OfferToro.
- Ongoing (Clicked): Tasks in which you have enrolled but have not yet completed.
- Pending: Your completed tasks, but OfferToro is still validating your participation.
- Rejected: If OfferToro has rejected the payout for any of your tasks, they will be listed in this section.
To contact OfferToro's support team, continue with these steps:
- Click on the task that you have an inquiry or concern about. This action will open a new window with detailed information about that particular task.
- In the new window, you will find a button labeled "Missing Credits." Click on this button to submit a claim directly to OfferToro regarding the missing credits or any issues related to that task.
Torox will review your claim and will come back to you with a response within a period of 3-5 business days.
If you have completed a task through our HangMyAds Quick Access integration but haven't received your reward, you can reach out to HangMyAds customer support for assistance. Follow the steps below to contact them and submit a claim for your missing reward:
- Open the HangMyAds Quick Access integration on your device.
- At the bottom of the screen, locate the "Support" button and click on it. This will open a new window specifically for support-related inquiries.
- In the support window, you will see a list of the offers you have completed using the HangMyAds integration.
- Find the specific offer for which you didn't receive the reward. Next to that offer, you will find a "Contact" button. Click on it.
- By clicking the "Contact" button, you will be redirected to a form designed to report missing rewards.
- Complete the form by providing all the necessary information and evidence related to the task you completed. It is crucial to include any relevant details that can help HangMyAds investigate your claim effectively.
- Once you have filled out the form, submit it. HangMyAds will review your claim and respond to the email address associated with your account within a reasonable time frame.
Please note that the review process and communication regarding your missing reward will be handled by HangMyAds directly. They will provide updates and resolution through the email address associated with your account. It is essential to regularly check your email for any correspondence from HangMyAds regarding your claim.
If you have completed a task through our myChips integration but haven't received your reward, you will need to contact myChips directly through their integration, please follow these steps:
- Firstly, open the myChips Integration on JumpTask.
- Click the "Support" button located on the top-right.
- On the new dashboard, you will find a list of the offers you clicked on.
- Fill out all of the necessary information.
- Submit a claim.
myChips will review your claim and will come back to you with a response within a period of 3 business days.
In order to contact Revlum about a missing reward, please click on the following link, which will open a new tab:

In the new tab, instead of "ACCOUNTID" in the URL enter your JumpTask Account ID.
Important: Your account ID has to be entered in a lower-case format. You can use this tool that makes it easy to lowercase the letters.
If you have completed a task through our Revu Quick Access integration but haven't received your reward, contact Revu within 30 days to investigate. You will need to contact Revu directly through their integration, please follow these steps:
- Firstly, open the Revu Integration on JumpTask.
- Click the "Support" button located on the top-right corner.
- On the new dashboard, you will find a list of the offers you clicked on.
- Fill out all of the necessary information.
- Submit a claim.
Revu will review your claim and will come back to you with a response within a period of 2 weeks.
If you have completed a task through our AppsPrize integration but haven't received your reward, you will need to contact AppPrize directly through their integration, please follow these steps:
- Firstly, open the AppsPrize Integration on JumpTask.
- Click the "Support" button located on the top-right corner.
- Fill out all of the necessary information in the form.
- Submit a claim by clicking "Send".
Appsprize will review your claim and will come back to you with a response within a period of 5 business days.
