The "My Wallet" section has been replaced by a new Payout section. Everything to do with cashing out now lives in one place. Here is what you will find there.
Where to find it
Log in and look under your balance on the dashboard. The Payout button opens the section.
What's in it
Your balance
Your total is shown in credits, with the dollar equivalent next to it. A small info icon sits alongside — tap it for a short explanation of credits and a link to the full breakdown.
1,000 credits = $1.00, fixed.
Payout options
All the ways you can cash out, in one list: gift cards, prepaid cards, digital wallets such as PayPal, bank transfer in some regions, and crypto.
The list is filtered to your country, so what you see is what is available to you.
Payout history
Every payout you have made, with the date, the amount, the option you chose, and the current status. This is where you check whether a payout has gone through.
What moved and what went away
| Old — My Wallet | New — Payout |
|---|---|
| JMPT balance | Credit balance with dollar equivalent |
| Linked wallet address | Wallet address entered at payout, crypto only |
| Withdraw to wallet | Full list of payout options |
| Transaction history | Payout history with statuses |
Your linked wallet address. You no longer need one on your account. If you cash out to crypto, you enter your receiving address at that point instead.
Network selection. Also handled at payout time, on the crypto flow, rather than as an account setting.
Signing in
The Payout section requires an email or social login. If you currently sign in with a wallet only, you will be asked to add one the first time you open a payout.
Staying safe
When you confirm a payout, JumpTask sends you to redeem.gifq.com to complete it. GIFQ is our payout partner. You will only be sent there at the moment you cash out, and the address should be exactly that.
Nobody from JumpTask or GIFQ will ever ask for your password.
