There are two numbers to know before you cash out: JumpTask's payout threshold, and the minimum for the specific payout option you pick. They are not the same thing.
JumpTask's payout threshold

Once your balance reaches the threshold, the Payout button becomes available.
The threshold applies to your balance, not to the amount you cash out. You can leave credits in your account and cash out again later.
Minimums on individual payout options
Each payout option has its own minimum, set by the provider. These are usually higher than JumpTask's threshold.
Some cards are fixed-value only — a $50 Steam card costs exactly $50, with no smaller option.
So reaching $0.50 means you can cash out. Which options are open to you at that point depends on their minimums. You will see the full list, with the amounts available in your country, when you open the Payout section.
The old JMPT minimum
The previous 0.5 JMPT minimum no longer applies. It has been replaced by the $0.50 threshold, which is close to the same value but stated in dollars, so it does not move with the market.
Common questions
Why is the first payout higher? New accounts have a one-time $1.00 threshold. After your first successful payout, the standard $0.50 applies to everything that follows.
My balance is above $0.50 but I can't cash out. Check two things. First, whether you have added an email or social login — the payout system requires one, and wallet-only accounts are prompted to add one at first payout.
Is there a limit on how often I can cash out? No. As long as your balance is above the threshold, you can cash out.
