Cashing out on JumpTask takes a few steps. This article covers the full flow from your dashboard to your payout. For step-by-step detail on a specific payout type, use the links at the bottom.
Before you start
You need two things:
1. Enough credits. The minimum payout is 500 credits ($0.50). If this is your first payout, the minimum is 1,000 credits ($1.00). See [LINK] Withdrawal thresholds and minimums.
2. An email or social login. The payout system runs on email-based accounts. If you sign in with a wallet only, you will be asked to add an email or social login the first time you cash out. It is a one-time step and takes under a minute. See [LINK] How to add an email or social login.
Step by step
Step 1 — Open the Payout section
Log in to your JumpTask account and click the Payout button under your balance.
Step 2 — Choose your payout option
Pick what you want to cash out to: a gift card, a prepaid card, a digital wallet such as PayPal, a bank transfer, or crypto.
Step 3 — Enter the amount
Enter how much of your balance you want to cash out. The screen shows the amount in credits and the dollar equivalent.
Some payout options have their own minimum and maximum amounts, which are separate from JumpTask's payout threshold. A gift card with a $50 fixed value needs $50 in your balance, even though the JumpTask minimum is $0.50.
Step 4 — Confirm and continue to GIFQ
Confirm your payout. JumpTask sends you to redeem.gifq.com to finish.
GIFQ is our payout partner and handles gift card and crypto payouts for JumpTask. This redirect is normal. Before entering any details, check that the address in your browser is exactly redeem.gifq.com.
Step 5 — Complete your payout on GIFQ
Follow the steps on GIFQ to finish. What you do here depends on the option you chose:
- Gift card or prepaid card — you receive a code.
- Digital wallet or bank transfer — you enter your account details.
- Crypto — you enter your wallet address and select a network.
Once confirmed, your payout is on its way.
After you cash out
Your payout appears in your payout history in the Payout section, along with its current status.
Processing times vary by payout option. Gift card codes are usually delivered quickly, while bank transfers can take longer.
