Log in and open your dashboard. Your balance is there, now shown in credits, and ready to cash out.
How the conversion worked
It was automatic. Every balance held inside JumpTask was converted on launch day. There was no button to press and no deadline to meet.
One rate for everyone. The conversion used the JMPT market rate on August 10, 2026, and the same rate was applied to every balance at the same moment.
Your value carried over. The dollar value of your balance at the moment of conversion is the dollar value of your credits. From that point on it stays fixed, because 1,000 credits = $1.00 and that rate does not change.
Where to find your converted balance
Your credit balance appears at the top of your dashboard, with the dollar equivalent next to it.
Your earning history and payout history are in the new Payout section.
What if my balance looks wrong?
Contact our support team by filling out the "NEW Withdrawal System issue (GIFQ)" form with your account ID, email connected and screenshots.
What about JMPT I hold in my own wallet?
JMPT held in your own wallet is yours and this update does not touch it.
Two dates apply to you:
- August 10, 2026 — JMPT is no longer supported inside JumpTask. Credits replace it.
- September 10, 2026 — JumpTask withdraws the liquidity it provides for JMPT. After that date, selling or trading JMPT is likely to become very difficult, and may become impossible.

What if I was staking JMPT?
Your staking position is still yours and does not depend on JumpTask. You can unstake it directly through BscScan.
Once unstaked, your JMPT is treated like any other holding, so the dates above apply.
