At this time, social accounts linked to a JumpTask account cannot be changed or unlinked.
Once a social account is connected, it becomes permanently associated with the JumpTask account for security reasons.
Social Accounts That Cannot Be Changed
JumpTask does not support unlinking or replacing the following social accounts:
📱 Telegram
🐦 Twitter (X)
💬 Discord
This applies in all cases, including when:
The social account was suspended
The social account was deleted
You want to switch to a different account
🔐 Why This Is Not Supported
For account security and fraud prevention, JumpTask is unable to manually modify or replace linked social accounts. Support agents do not have access to change authentication methods on user accounts.
🛠️ What Should You Do?
If your linked social account is suspended or inaccessible, please contact the social platform (Discord, X, Telegram) directly to resolve the issue.

Unlink social accounts
Change connected social profiles
