In order to contact JumpTask support, you would need to be logged in to your JumpTask account on JumpTask Dashboard. Then at the bottom of the right side screen, you will see a widget saying "Help", or if you are on a mobile device - a button with a question mark icon.
A search box should appear. Try to search for an answer to your question there first. If there is no article that answers your question, click on the Contact Us button below. Please enter all the fields, as they are mandatory, and provide as much information as you can. Also, don't forget to enter your BSC wallet key, as it is the only way that we could identify your account on JumpTask.
If for some reason widget does not show up, try disabling your ad blocker.
